Good value for money! Just fix the open/close mechanism

Nice bag for such a low price. It's reasonably spacious but I was expecting it to be bigger. Also, it would have been more practical and easy to use, if it had a button closure instead of a zipper because you have to struggle a bit with the zipper as it's end falls into the bag and you have to pull it out to open it. All in all, it's stylish,has reasonably good quality and is xcellent value for money.

Ivory bag

I expected it to be bigger, but it wasn't. The other deep red bag is much better than the ivory one. I did consider exchanging it, but sale items usually aren’t eligible for exchange as it mentions in your policy.
