Very Disappointed

First bag was very dirty and there was a blade type cut on a bag and seems the bag was already used before. When i complaint your esteemed organization dispatched another bag. Today i have received the another bag but unfortunately the color and design was not same and the main thing is bag lock is broken and useless. I have sent another complaint to your esteemed organization and received the call from your concern authority. I am in discussion with them let's see 🤞🏼
